1. Deposit Policy -
All deposits (20%) are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your appointment time and cover scheduling, travel, and
preparation costs.
2. Completed Services -
Due to the nature of detailing services, no refunds will be issued after services have been completed. Time, labor, and
products are fully consumed during the service.
3. Service Satisfaction -
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, you must notify us at the time of completion. We will make every
reasonable effort to correct the issue on-site before leaving.
Please Note :
Failure to communicate concerns at the time of service completion voids eligibility for any adjustments.
4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable) -
Partial refunds may be considered only under the following conditions :
1. A service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end
2. Expected results were not achieved despite our best efforts (e.g., certain stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections
may be permanent and cannot be fully removed)
(Any partial refund is issued at the sole discretion of YurCar Detailing.)
5. Rescheduling Instead of Refunds -
In most cases, if an issue arises, we will offer a touch-up or rescheduled service instead of a refund.
6. No-Shows & Cancellations -
No-shows and same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of deposit
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments
7. Weather & External Factors -
If services must be rescheduled due to weather or conditions beyond our control, your deposit will be credited toward a
future appointment, not refunded.
By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
